Derek Campbell has 25+ years’ experience in deal origination, strategic business development, market expansion, and risk mitigation for U.S. natural resources, energy, and infrastructure firms entering African markets. He is the Executive Chairman of LVC Global Holdings Ltd, a Distinguished Fellow with the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils, a former Principal Member of U.S. EXIM Bank’s Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee, and a former Advisory Board Member of the African Energy Chamber. Mr. Campbell is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, serving with distinction in Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Sudan. He has held Executive Board positions with both private and publicly traded corporations.

Her experience spans federal, state and local, commercial, and international environments, helping organizations navigate complex acquisition, contracting, and governance challenges through disciplined execution and sound decision-making. She holds a Juris Master in Corporate Compliance and Contracts and professional certifications including Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Professional, and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Professional in Contracting. Her leadership brings deep acquisition, governance, and compliance expertise to AlphaSierra One, optimizing contracting operations and driving mission success.

Maybin Mudenda is Executive Chairman of Mudenda Capital Partners South Africa and founder of Seneca Commodities (Zambia) and African Grey Insurance (Zambia). He is Board Chairman of Insizwe Private Brokers and sits on the boards of the American Chamber of Commerce and the French Business Circle.

He is a Zambian shareholder in Southern Logix, trading as MK Petroleum, and in RTT African Legacy Southern Africa. His other directorships include Bitumen World Civils Zambia, SoGo Fuels (Zambia and Zimbabwe), Curiel Security (Zambia and the DRC) and Teradam Investments Ltd.
